Our HYROX classes are designed to help you build a stronger engine, move efficiently under fatigue, and improve your capacity across a wide range of movements you’ll actually use in daily life.
Each class combines elements like running, sled pushes and pulls, rowing, skiing, lunges, burpees, and sandbag work—giving you a complete, full-body training session that challenges athletes of all levels.
